Russell Chin Scholarship Scholarship
Each year, Hawaii Cattlemen’s Council (HCC) designates funding for chosen scholarship applicants. These funds are to be awarded at the discretion of the scholarship committee, provided that a qualified pool of applicants exists. The 2023 scholarship funds are in honor of Russell Chin, whose advocacy for livestock shipping was an immense asset to Hawaii's ranchers.
